At MARS PALACE, each garment is made in small batches and with thoughtful attention to craftsmanship. We want you to love what you receive, and we understand that sometimes a piece may not be the right fit.

Returns & Exchanges

MARS PALACE accepts returns and exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original condition

• Free from perfume, makeup, stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

Please contact MARS PALACE at marspalace.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. 

Once your return has been approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label within 24 hours.

We are currently processing returns directly while we work toward implementing an automated return system on our website.

Please do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization and instructions from MARS PALACE.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, sizing, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an unforeseen flaw that was not reasonably visible before shipment, MARS PALACE will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your garment has a defect and include photographs so that we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your returned garment has been received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly if the item meets our return requirements.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or qualifying defect on the part of MARS PALACE.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we can instead issue a refund for the returned garment.

Because many MARS PALACE pieces are produced in small batches, we cannot guarantee that a particular size, style, or fabric combination will remain available for exchange.

Sale Items

Some sale items are eligible for return, while others are final sale.

The return eligibility of a sale item will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a qualifying manufacturing defect.

Handmade & Hand-Block Printed Variations

MARS PALACE garments are made using traditional hand-block printing techniques. Each design is carved into a wooden block and individually stamped onto cotton fabric by skilled artisans.

Because of this process, slight variations in print placement, registration, color, or texture may occur from one garment to another. These subtle differences are natural characteristics of hand-block printing and are part of the individuality and craftsmanship of each piece. They are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact MARS PALACE as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We may request photographs of the garment and packaging so that we can determine the best resolution. If the issue is the result of an error or qualifying defect on our part, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund and will provide return shipping at no cost to you.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are separate from MARS PALACE's product and shipping costs and are non-refundable by MARS PALACE.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
